One million trees one million christians campaign!

the 1mil trees 1mil christians is an awesome idea. Well, l think we
should then start by putting up ideas on how to mobilise the mil
people. I can use my facebook page to market the idea. What else do

Likhubula..Yes face book can b used..i think if we involve the
media(radio,newspaper..)komanso what if we also use christian bodies
lyk Scom,Ccapyum n others..mm wat do u think?

I definately have a number of ideas on this. The first of course was to
reduce the number of 300 Christians for 3000 trees. WHY??? Okay...
because its a workable numble for a first time event... and 2. because
the number 300 is quite biblical aint it Pastor??? Am thinking od Gideon
and his 300 men. We can Use that as a theme... say... "the Gideon
Generation???" What other biblical stories have this number in them....
So am thinking... a big colouful green poster, full page, in the local
apers for a week... simply saying something like .. 'be one of the
300... dont just plant them... grow some trees this season'. Then ask
them to register somewhere throug text/email/phone. My first thought was
that we should not commit to supply any trees... if people are willing
then they should aim to finance their own trees its like K500 for 10. We
just need to know who is doing it and where so we have statistics at the
end. Then we can raise money to visit the different places... campaighn
in churches... etc etc.
Those are my first thoghts. please lets add on. Pastor did you add James
George whom i've copied here to the group??
