Member and Message Moderation and prayer request.

Regrettably in this day, I must see that a member posts messages that
are not Spam or junk, before I allow people to post without me
approving each message.
Just this week, we had someone join the group, and immediately post
six spam messages.
You didn't get them, because I filtered them out, and banned them.
So, if anyone posts message for a few times that proves themself out,
then I take them off of moderation.
So, if your messages are not seen right away, please note that it may
take a few hours for me to be aware of your post before approved, and
when I have noted such great posts a couple of times, then I mark them
ok to post without my approval.
And, on another Christian Arts list that I moderate, a person has been
banned five or more times, and keeps signing up under a new alias,
lying about their identity, and their meddling has really disheartened
and discouraged the group, run members off, and other menacing
behaviour, so I just want to assure myself that our members are of
high quality before allowing posting privileges... That may make me
sound a bit controlling, but I hope that you understand why...

I've been out of work now for seven months, and work freelance, so
unemployment money is impossible to collect.
My Wife is interviewing for a new job, that would be full time,
instead of the 24 hours per week she gets now. You can pray for that
too.
One of the jobs that I am trying for, is out of the USA, in Jakarta,
Indonesia, (My wife;s birth Country), I'd be the director of an
American-Indonesian Friendship/Cultural Exchange/Technology showcase
center in a shopping mall, to share with the most populous Muslim
Country, that Americans aren't all bad, (and please stop bombing
us...) I'd be building relationships with young men, and other Muslim
leaders, to share the American experience, heart, culture, educational
opportunities, etc. I'm part of a team submitting final proposals to
the US Embassy, and USAID. There are three more concerns also who
have been selected for final status. The contract was supposed to be
awarded Sept 15th, and they wanted an operational center Nov 15th. As
of today, nothing has been awarded, and we all wait like sparrows on
the ground at McDonald's, waiting for french fries to be thrown to us
for our lunch.
I've really enjoyed the little uptick in our conversation lately.

Paul I completely understand you’re moderating.
You and your family are in my prayers, surely a person that gives of himself as you do good things will come to. Now hopefully with the whole group praying for you and your family the power of prayer will kick in and you no longer have to be the sparrow. In Connecticut where we lived they were sea gulls.
