"Fourth annual all-day New Year's old harp singing at Claxton Community
Center between Knoxville, Clinton, and Oak Ridge. Last year we had singers
from four states. Potluck indoors at noon.
Claxton Community Center is a former church building, with great wood
floors for singing and bright lighting for seeing the 1848 plates of the
Harp of Columbia.
Location: 1071 Edgemoor Rd., Clinton, TN 37716. Enter by the driveway
between the enormous wooden playground and the ball fields, then circle
around behind the playground to reach the red brick Community Center."
