During my Eagle build, I decided that I wanted an intersection fairing between the Cabane struts and the sheet metal over the fuel tank. I designed what I wanted in CAD with the intention of 3D printing molds to make them from fiberglass. When I got the 3D Printed parts in, I liked them so much that I just used them. Material is laser sintered nylon. It is very light, and quite flexible. It is a little porous and requires some sanding and high build primer to prepare it for top coat. The rear edge is split with an overlap and is held together with a piece of thin double sided tape, which is included. Attached are some pictures of the final product.
