fresh Eagle paint

Hello fellow builders and pilots,

my 1993 Eagle starts to show cracks on the painting. and when being forced to cross light showers, paint came off at various spots (leading edges mainly). Propably the only solution is to disassembly the plane, recover wings and fuselage and strip off the rest. Recover with Ceconite and fresh paint. My question ís, how may manhours one has to calculate on such a project? Also is there experience in doing the feather trim by foil instead of paint?

All suggestions are welcome.
