Christchurch Ruby needs *you*

Hi all,

As you know, Daniel, Phil and I have been helping to run Christchurch
Ruby for the last few years. It's mostly a fun job, but, if there are
no talks offered then it all becomes a bit more stressful.

In the interests of having the meetup run smoothly, we have a
suggestion / request. We need *your* help, as the Christchurch Ruby
community, to step up and offer talks / hack nights / whatever. We
have 1 social at Christmas (so can strike that one off the list), 1
month free over railscamp time, which leaves 10 months to organise.
Daniel, Phil and I will all take organising one talk each, which
leaves 7 nights left. Maybe one night of "not ruby ruby meetup", and
one night of "postgres/database" (as that seemed to be popular),
leaving 5 ish nights left for people to help out with. We can fill in
the rest of the evening with lightning talks (if any are offered)

We're happy to organise the communication around sending out meetup
notices etc, reminding people of what months they have offered to do a
talk, but we _do_ need people to step up. If we don't have that, well,
perhaps we need to think about whether we want to keep running the
meetup, or just diffuse into the other (not remotely so cool) meetups.
