Job Title: SAP Test Lead (161596)
Location: 2701 International Drive, Lisle, IL 60532 (Day 1 Onsite – 5 days/ Week)
Duration: 12 Months Contract with a possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define and execute the end-to-end SAP testing strategy, including Fiori-based user interfaces.
· Establish test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering functional, integration, UAT, regression, and cutover testing.
· Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, Fiori developers, business process owners, and project managers to gather comprehensive testing requirements.
· Lead test preparation, execution, Fiori UX testing, defect management, and closure activities.
· Manage test teams (onshore/offshore), allocate resources, and track progress using tools such as SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, qTest, or JIRA.
· Ensure full coverage of SAP Fiori apps, verifying roles, access, navigation, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.
· Oversee test data management and coordinate test environment readiness.
· Implement best practices for SAP test automation (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify) with a focus on Fiori applications where applicable.
· Ensure compliance with project governance, QA standards, and risk mitigation processes.
· Provide test execution metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.
· Coordinate UAT execution, including Fiori-based workflows and business scenarios.
· Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
· 8+ years of SAP testing experience, including 3+ years in a lead role.
· At least 1 full lifecycle greenfield S/4HANA implementation experience.
· Experience testing SAP Fiori applications, including usability, performance, and device compatibility.
· Strong understanding of core SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, HR, or SuccessFactors.
· Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori Launchpad, and test management tools such as HP ALM, qTest, or JIRA.
· Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles, tiles, apps, and role-based access.
· Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· SAP S/4HANA or Fiori certification.
· ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
· Experience in test automation of Fiori applications using Tosca or Selenium-based frameworks.
· Familiarity with cutover testing, data migration validation, and integration testing across systems.
· Understanding of GxP, SOX, or other compliance frameworks (if relevant)
