Dingbats at Templars Hall 1/29

Howdy folks,
I hope this new year finds you alive and well. I have a few shows
coming up that I wanted you to know about.

First up, Zapf Dingbats is playing Templars Hall in Old Poway Park
this Saturday night (Jan 29th) for San Diego Folk Heritage. This a
great, intimate room and wonderful setting to hear the Dingbats brand
of early jazz and blues. If you like Jelly Roll Morton, Bob Wills and
original arrangements of traditional jazz, come check us out. The
Dingbats, nominated for a San Diego music award in 2010, were recently
written up in Sing Out Magazine. Hope to see you there.

Also, Plow is back in 2011, with a new lineup and a whole bunch of
new, original songs and tunes. This year we welcomed Jason Weiss on
board as to carry the banjo duties. Jason is a fine, bluesy banjo
player and really adds a lot to what Joe and Doug do….they make me
sound better than ever. Plow will be on KSON on 2/13 playing for the
Bluegrass Special with Wayne Rice, and will be back at the Belly Up
Tavern in Solana Beach on 2/27 along with Greensky Bluegrass - you
don't want to miss this show. Tickets are $10 and available at
