Biggest gig of my life

Howdy folks,
Got a new gig - In case you have not heard, I am a proud father of a
healthy boy!!! Benjamin Wyatt (named after his Great Grandfather) was
born March 19 in La Jolla, California. Mom is doing great. This is
by far the best thing that's happened to me since I met my wife in the

Looking for something to do Wednesday night? How about coming down to
Winstons in Ocean Beach and get your fill of electricfried mandolin
with the Zapf Dingbats (yours truly on mando, David Bandrowski on
arched-top guitar and Doug Walker on the left-handed upright bass).
I'm honored that Dave asked me to join his jazz trio and we are having
a blast putting our own stamp on traditional jazz, New Orleans country
funk, Texas swing and Dawg music - this is not bluegrass and it's not
old-time (a departure for me) - it is eclectic, electric improv-based
and a hell of a lot of fun to play. Can't make Wednesday? We play
every Monday night at the Turquoise Cafe Bar Europa in Pacific Beach
(7-10:30p).
