Benefit for Lou Curtiss Sound Library tonight w/Gregory Page, Robin Henkle & others

Howdy folks,
Just a quick note to tell you about a special show this evening at 7pm
at Old Time Music in San Diego.

This is a benefit concert to raise some money for the Lou Curtiss
Sound Library Archive project. This project was funded in 2006 to
begin the process of digitizing the many reels of tape that Lou and
others (including Sam Hinton) recorded and collected over the years,
starting with the early San Diego Folk Festivals that took place at
SDSU. You can see the progress of the project and listen to some
samples from the first 4 festivals at http://folkartsrarerecords.com.

There is a great lineup of artists tonight including Gregory Page,
Robin Henkle, Curt Bouterse, Tanya Rose, Allen Singer & Dane Terry,
Sara Petite, Patty Hall, Los Californios and Plow!

Suggested donation is $10 and all proceeds go towards the project.
Please come out and support this if you can. Lou and his library of
old music is a treasure, and your support is greatly appreciated.
