This is the first painting offered for sale from the sketchbook drawings inspired by The Color Scheme Game, a game in which the artist throws dice to determine color scheme and dominant color. The purpose of the game is to sharpen color skills and to break old color palette habits.
The color scheme for Rooting Oxalis in Ball Jar is a Complementary Color Scheme. The dominant color is Red/Violet. The complement of Red/Purple is Green/Yellow
