Dear Colleagues,


It is our pleasure to announce that the China Health Policy and Management Society (CHPAMS) will be hosting the 2025 Annual Conference in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China, on July 12 and 13, 2025, cohosted with the Inner Mongolia Medical University’s (IMMU) School of Public Health. The central theme of this conference is “AI and New Technologies in Public Health: Innovations and Applications”. We invite scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to convene and exchange their most recent findings, innovative practices, and strategic insights aimed at fostering global health, equity, and sustainable development. To support international scholars' participation, we will be offering a limited number of travel awards that will cover meeting-related costs up to RMB 10,000. To be eligible for the travel awards, you must be 1) a CHPAMS member, 2) a faculty member (Assistant, Associate, or Full professor), postdoctoral researcher, or Ph.D. candidate within 1 year of graduation; and 3) currently residing outside China. We encourage early-career researchers, practitioners, and students in public health to apply for the travel award, especially those who have strong interests in collaborating with or joining IMMU. If you are interested in receiving a travel award, please submit the following documents to imm...@126.com by June 1, 2025:

  • A statement (maximum 200 words) describing your current research or professional activities and the benefits of attending this event to advance your career
  • Your current CV
  • An abstract (maximum 300 words) of your research to be presented at the conference. The abstract should be highly related to the conference theme. Abstract should include the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Discussion.

We welcome submissions that reflect diverse academic perspectives, research methodologies, and geographic contexts from all related fields in Public Health, Health Policy and Management, including but not limited to:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • AI and public health education
  • AI in Cost-Effectiveness Analysis
  • Simulation Techniques
  • Causal Inference
  • Big data and natural Language Processing
  • Digital health innovations and applications
  • Health economics, policy, and management
  • Chronic disease prevention and control
  • Aging and long-term care
  • Health equity

Your application will be evaluated by the 2025 CHPAMS Annual Conference Organizing Committee. We will notify travel award recipients by June 8, 2025.We look forward to your participation and contributions to the 2025 CHPAMS Annual Conference! Hope to see you in Hohhot, China.
