Where did uploaded files go?

Hi, I recently joined and set up an account for the lab, created a project and added the LC-MS instrument.

I uploaded some files to test but after uploading them and being shown a screen of the files uploaded. I cannot find the files I uploaded in the "My files" tab or anywhere else I looked. Thought I ask insead of uploading them again.

PS: I'm uploading Agilent .d files not .raw and am unsure if that would affect anything.

Hi Yok,

Thanks for your interest in using Chorus.  Sorry for the lack of documentation.  This is something that we are working on.  Thank you for your patience.

If you uploaded your files they should also appear under the My Labs tab under the appropriate instrument.  If they are not there did the upload go through to completion?  If you believe that everything went to completion but you still can't find your files I will ask you to try it again (Chorus will make sure that it does not contain duplicate files).  If the files still don't appear let us know.

Hi Mike,

Apologies for the delay in writing back. I was traveling with limited internet access.

I suspect a lack of memory on Chrome on my end. Resolved that and will definitely try again.
