Hi,

My files are not successfully uploaded, why I can not delete them? when I try to upload them again, doesn´t let me do so because of duplicate existence. I need to be able to delete my old files first, though, they are not active, I can´t take any action on them. Please help

Can you provide some more details?  Which files?  We can then look into what might be causing your problem.

Hi, 

I have made instrument directory, then i tried to upload my files, here I did mistake in uploading some wrong files. I tried to delete them, but this was not possible.

one example of the files that I wanted to remove and couldn't is 196816, could you locate them by number?

Hi Ate,

If you can send me the file IDs that you are having problems with directly by email, we can enable you to upload them again without getting a file duplication error.

thanks Michael, I managed to upload my files again after renaming them. However, the unwanted files still exist among my other files.
