Broken Shared Download Experiment Link

I am experiencing difficulty loading the linked page when I click on the experiment I created on Chorus Project after sharing it. The download public experiment link which can be shared stays "loading" then links to an empty .zip folder. Is this likely an issue with the uploaded data or the settings? We are experiencing the same problem on a separate experiment as well.

Hi Scott, 

Thanks for your patience. This is a known issue where the webserver hangs when it is trying to pass too much data through it. I believe that we are close to a good fix. I am working with the developers to get a good time estimate on when this fix will be deployed.
