Hi,

I'm trying to upload a set of data to Chorus using the desktop uploader (the browser uploader doesn't work?) and I am told that files run using my "blank" method are fine but my "experimental" method files are considered an unsupported file type. I've attached one of each to this method. Any suggestions on how to get these uploaded?

Thanks,

Sandi

Hello Sandi,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Below you can find suggestions on your issue:

Uploading files via Browser Uploader

I've just tried to upload the files you provide via browser uploader and it works properly.
You need first unzip your files if they are archived.

Please note that this method is a great choice if you need to upload files up to 4GB.
Uploading files via Desktop Uploader
I've also tried to upload your files via Desktop Uploader and the upload completed successfully. I see that you've attached .zip files. Chorus Desktop Uploader does not support files with this extension so in order to upload them you need to unarchive your files.

Please ensure that you use the latest version of Desktop Uploader 1.0.13122016 (it can be viewed in the app header).
To download the latest version just click on "Desktop Uploader (Beta)" link in footer.

If the issue is still reproduced for you with the latest version of Desktop Uploader, please notify us.

Have a great day,

Chorus Support Team
