Why is it that under My Files there are thousands of MacCoss Files?

How do I figure out what I am paying for?

Mine should be Nunn Lab

Hi Brook,

Where are you looking under? Is it under "My Projects" or "My Labs". Files when uploaded go into an Instrument Directory under the "Lab". It is possible to belong to multiple labs and, thus, you will be able to see files from both labs. For example when I look under "My Labs" I have instrument directories that fall under the "MacCoss Lab" and "Wu Lab"

Each lab is given a free 100 GB of storage. The lab can't upload more than that unless they convert their account to an "Enterprise Account" which requires providing billing and invoicing information. It might be that you have been uploading your files to the MacCoss lab instrument directories which might explain why your files are showing up with our lab files.
