the status of my uploaded files show as not translated. How could i translate my raw MS files that I have uploaded into Chorus?

We no longer have that functionality enabled.  Can you let us know what you are using it for?  It might provide us with a justification to use it again.
Cheers,

Hi Michael,
I am in process of submitting my article to a journal. to make my raw MS data available to public I usually use CHORUS. However, this time I could not translate the data after uploading, so, I am not sure if people would be able to open the files and look into the raw data if the files are not translated.
Cheers, Ate

Hi Ate,
The translation was only used by some internal tools to Chorus.  Your files should be publicly accessible just as before.  You can confirm for yourself by making the project public by sharing it with "All"

After that you should be able to get an Experiment link for each of the Experiments you want to share in your paper

You can then copy and past this link into your manuscript.

You can also test that you can download the files in that experiment.  You do not need the files to be translated for this to work.  We are in the process of releasing a new version of Chorus and we expect some of these little issues to be cleaned up a bit.

Thanks again for your interest in Chorus.
-Mike
