Dear BWW Diamonds,

 

From coast to coast, the management teams of most coliseums and convention centers are not permitting attendees to carry in food or beverage products.  This is the case at the Memphis Cook Convention Center, Richmond Coliseum and the JW Marriott Desert Springs Marriott Ballroom, where the BWW FEDs are taking place. 

 

Please inform your downline that facility representatives will be inspecting all bags and purses at each general entrance and that food or beverage products will not be allowed in the buildings.  Therefore, IBOs are advised to leave all food and beverage products in their hotel rooms or automobiles. 

 

Additionally, to speed up the entrance procedures, ladies should consider carrying only small purses and men might do without any bags or briefcases.  Thank you for your active assistance in these important matters.  Have a wonderful day.
