Update on Preferred Customer Program:
For those ABOs joining between November 04, 2015 till 31 March 2016, the cut-off date for acquiring 3 Preferred Customers shall be 30 June 2016 to maintain the status of an ABO, after which those ABOs not meeting the 3 Preferred Customer criteria will be converted to Preferred Customers.

Further to my earlier email dated 27 January 2016 on the subject matter of the Preferred Customer program, I am pleased to share another decision with regards to the program.
For those ABOs joining between November 04, 2015 till 31 March 2016, the cut-off date for acquiring 3 Preferred Customers shall be 30 June 2016 to maintain the status of an ABO, after which those ABOs not meeting the 3 Preferred Customer criteria will be converted to Preferred Customers.
The above is apropos the discussions with Leaders during the recently concluded LAC.
Let me take the opportunity to briefly summarize the salient features of the Preferred Customer program as they stand now:
With these affirmative modifications, we hope that sufficient positive momentum will be built in the business and Leaders will be able to exceed their business targets for the year on a month-to-month basis and would Contribute to their and their Teams GROWTH ! …………As Anshu Says , Let us Keep our Focus on Growth as Growth Will Allow us to take Bigger Decisions.
During our discussions with LAC, additional recommendations around the PC program were shared to make this program more effective. We are reviewing those changes and will shortly come back to you with further enhancements which will make this program more robust.

Dear Diamond LEADER’s
The Preferred Customer program of the Business Opportunity was launched in November and has begun to see good traction.
Post the new Website launch in November, along with the PC Program, We have seen a few hiccups in the implementation of the various processes. As these processes were stabilized, We have also been able to provide data of personally registered PCs through the CPV report on the website.
While we have taken care of all the issues on the website to ensure that we remove any possible distractions for You from business building , We have received feedback from leadership that they would like some time to get used to the various elements of the PC program. This would also help leaders to seamlessly focus on their Business Targets for 2015-16.
Keeping this feedback in mind, in discussion with LAC , We have decided to defer implementation of the “3 PC Rule to earn differential commissions” till 1st April 2016. This would ensure that all elements of the PC program are understood well, before the 3 PC rule is put into operation.

Dear Diamond,
December 2015 has been an eventful business month…which seems poised to end on a high note.
A large part of the senior leadership was away from the market to participate in the memorable ALS at Paris. Post the high-impact ALS and approaching month-end, there has been a positive momentum in the business activities….specially seen is a surge in the registrations of Preferred Customers.
Feedback received from different sections of leadership indicates that they are fully involved in completing their December 2015 targets, and making up for the period they were away for the ALS and expecting a smooth finish to the month-end.
Towards helping all ABOs to complete their business targets for December 2015 smoothly without any distractions, Anshu & I have decided not to implement the 3 PC rule to earn differential commission for this month only. We are confident this step would help you have a strong finish to your business for this month and carry the momentum over in 2016 to complete your Pin Targets as well as GIP / ALS Targets.

Amway Next is about creating this Future Roadmap and It is our joint responsibility to future proof our Business. To move forward , we have taken very definite steps to Secure and De-risk our Business through the Process of Business Re-design and then we partnered together to co-create a compelling bouquet of Growth Drivers
We can see the traction at the Grass root, new green shoots have started emerging, The Bonus Earners have tripled in last two months and the Business clocked high double digit growths in Sept and Oct, which is a very Healthy sign and is a very important step towards our Goal of tripling the Platinums in the Business .
We have recently launched our New Web Platform and Segmentation Model. These are important steps in our Amway next strategy. I am aware of the teething problems that You all are facing. I am personally reviewing the Progress and resolution of the same. Things have already started to stabilize.
I had the Opportunity to meet some of you in person at Madurai and also been interacting through mails, getting various feedback and Inputs on issues regarding Registration and Visibility of three active buying customers in your LOS .......The IT Team is Working towards its Resolution but as we are progressing towards the month end , I can see high anxiety rise in the Field…Taking cognizance of the same and in discussion with my Team, I have instructed the requirement of 3 PC’s to be Rolled back for the month of November , in order there are no impact on differential bonus earning for a eligible ABO Leader. Hope this helps you to deal with this Month in a Positive way.
We will now be implementing the same from December 2015.
Back end Service Levels , has been another area of concern , It is a top priority for us and I am in complete alignment to the need and expectations in the Field , Fixing the fundamentals is a very important foundation block in our Strategy towards ABO / Customer Experience …We are taking this up as our Top priority in next few months and you would see very perceptible shifts . We would be competing and delivering to the Best in Class in the Industry is my Assurance and commitment to all of You.
