As you are aware all the existing abos who have not submitted the bank account details earlier need to submit it at the earliest.

Enclosed the list of abos who are yet to submit their bank a/c details for direct credit facility. &#8220Data pertains only to South Region&#8221.

 

Would request you to pls inform them to submit the required documents asap at the nearest Amway office.

 

Documents Required:

- Cancelled cheque leaf.

      ->  Cheque should have the account holder's name, bank account number and IFSC code of the bank.

- In case, the cheque does not have the account holder's name - Photocopy of passbook or

                                                                                                                                   Bank statement or

                                                                                                                                   Attested letter from the bank which is confirming all the three required details.

- And the bank a/c details needs to be filled & signed by the concerned abo in the Information change form.
