Conduct heavy talent research such as competitor mapping and analysis, market segmentation insights, and demographic reports to inform our strategic approach to hiring as talent advisors.

Develop strategies utilizing all sourcing channels such as niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for internal positions; build candidate lists into Candidate Resource Management system.

Roblox provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. Roblox also provides reasonable accommodations for all candidates during the interview process.

Ultimately, I think the talent hub is in a pretty bad state, but with some new features and innovative ideas it could be far better than the DevForum in terms of hiring people/finding work. I think in the meantime you should keep collaborations open or at least portfolios for the foreseeable future. I also think you should make some sort of suggestions/feedback thing for the Talent Hub, so that more ideas (which may be better and more suitable than mine) can be heard out as well, since some people might not be vocal on the DevForum.

Roblox have a very weird pyramid scheme for developers. As for the talent hub, they have the richest on the home screen to show what they are paying, so us developers that are interested are making our way up the pyramid to success. When we have a poor robloxian looking for someone to hire, they will put their prices low for about 1k-1.7k, once that payout is done, they are moving down the pyramid, while once again, the developers are making their way up.

Like @Noah said, the Talent Hub is a place for large-scale developers to simply exist. Any people I could find open, were listed as scripter - 0 years experience, like seriously, they should add a filter to only search devs for hire.

Online gaming platform Roblox uses cognitive assessment games to help screen entry-level job candidates for its technical roles, joining other industry titans like consulting giants McKinsey & Co. and Deloitte using assessment games as part of their talent acquisition strategy.

In a recent video interview with Human Resource Executive, Buckley shared his insights on the importance of cognitive assessment games in HR, their practical application and their impact on talent acquisition and DEI. He also discussed the challenges in developing these games or selecting vendors to purchase them.

Roblox Got Talent was a television show and program that was broadcasted around Roblox and showed Robloxian's unique talents in the style of a weekly talent competition. In this program, an array of performers -- from singers and dancers to comedians and novelty acts -- vied for a R$400 million cash prize. It aired on RBC and had 4 seasons. Roblox Got Talent premiered on January 21, 2006. It was created by four creators. Roblox Got Talent aired its series finale on May 9, 2009, when the competition was so stiff that the original host fainted. An autopsy done by the nearby hospital revealed that the original host fainted to death, and the series is presumed to have been discontinued until Tyrannizer became the main host via a controversial usurpation on May 16, 2009, when Tyrannizer renamed the show to Roblox Talent Show.

On May 16, 2009, Roblox Got Talent got usurped by Tyrannizer. The usurpation was regarded as highly controversial as Tyrannizer did not have any diplomatic relations with the show nor having worked for the show.

There are a total of 23 talents (17 if you don't count the tier ones). You can give talents to your pet by heading to the Pet Trainer NPC in World 1 or World 2. As you open the Pet Trainer GUI you will be able to reroll the talent of the current equipped pet for 300 tokens or from a free reroll obtained from Reroll Coins.
