Treemap in GWT Apps

Lars:

I was asking you about this in the Protovis forum last week. Just
want to let you know that I was able to get the color mapping working
with the object fields by extending the DomNode and two other
classes. Will take a look at your suggestion also. My next step is
to work on the mouse over/click on the map if you already have them.

I implemented highlighting in the TreeMapExample2:

It requires the current protovis-gwt head from the SVN repository, though.
