The 11th Annual Hospitality Law Conference: February 11-13, 2013, The Omni Houston Hotel, Houston, TX.

WHAT:

The Hospitality Law Conference provides intensive education for people that make decisions with significant consequences. Attendees learn of issues impacting their current and future business, including real estate development, deals and financing, management agreements, franchising, data privacy, food, beverage, and premises liability concerns, as well as solutions and best practices to address those issues.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

The conference is designed for corporate counsel, attorneys and paralegals practicing in the hospitality industry, investors, developers, deal makers, risk managers, security and loss prevention personnel, CFOs, comptrollers, accountants, HR and IT professionals, franchise service directors, and hospitality law faculty and students. CLE, CPE, HRCI credit, and others are available.

Networking events are on the agenda to foster relationships among attendees.

The 2013 conference begins with the Pre-Conference Workshops on Monday, February 11, featuring topics covering: Risk Management and Loss Prevention, including Data Privacy, Real Estate Transactions, Management Agreements, Hotel & Restaurant Corporate Counsel (for corporate counsel only).

February 12 and 13 feature breakout sessions in Lodging, Food & Beverage, and Human Resources & Labor Relations.

Attend the evening Wine Tasting and be eligible to win a $1000 American Express gift card. Make plans to stay until the end of the conference to be eligible to win a $500 American Express gift card. The winner’s name will be drawn during Stephen Barth’s Closing Remarks at 12:45 on Wednesday, February 13.

We are also accepting nominations for the Anthony G. Marshall Hospitality Law Award and Thomas G. Davis Loss Prevention Lifetime Achievement Award.
