After six years, the US Department of Justice has released the new accessibility standards for compliant and accessible design and construction. In addition, they published new regulations impacting all places of public accommodations including restaurants and some that specifically target hotels and motels. This webinar will provide the participants with an introduction to these changes, the effective dates, and the safe harbor provisions for existing facilities.
