The USDOJ has promulgated new ADA regulations that target or otherwise obligate places of lodging. This webinar will focus on the hypothetical Blackacre Inns chain (modeled after several of the larger lodging brands) in order to explore the real world challenges facing lodging providers with regards to guests with service animals, atypical powered mobility devices, and with careful focus on the complicated requirements surrounding reservations under the new regulations.

The presenter welcomes questions during the presentation, but is asking for potential participants to send any question in advance in order that he make certain he addresses specific concerns about this change in legal obligation. Please forward questions to Aaron at: j.aaron.m...@gmail.com

J. Aaron McCullough is an attorney and consultant focusing on civil rights law, specifically compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
