$IMVT $MAACW

Somewhat convoluted (hard for me to understand) opportunity with $IMVT $MAACW. Twitter thread seems to lay it out here:

SPACs. Warrants. Not simple stuff.

Thesis wise, basically it seems like they paused the trials which is bad and IMVT got crushed. But the fact that they are still moving forward makes it seem like they actually don't think it is dead. And then given the complex deal structure that perhaps means it is undervalued.

I'm not even sure the best way to try to wrap my head around it.

Any thoughts?

Thx for this. Doing some digging as I haven't jumped into many SPACs with the warrants and the like.

FWIW I'm looking at the $T $DISCA deal intently. Here's the thinking: when T purchased TWX the stock price didn't move much.  June 12, 2018; check it out. sub 5%.

So if this spin out it happening, I'm trying to figure out if I can expect something similar: a muted impact in AT&T's price and then whatever value I get from the spin.

It's a complicated transaction as well, so I've made very little progress.
