Odd Lot - $ECL to $APY

Odd Lot on $ECL that provides $APY shares at a seeming 10% discount. And there is $CHX-W, "which is the "when-issued" security of APY - I think it maybe just started trading today?).

This is already at the upper limit though so my rough calculations is that it is only a current opportunity of ~4% and ~$750. Possibly you can short the other name(s) above to hedge but I have not checked if they are available to borrow.
