$TWTR - Twitter merger arb

I was on the fence on this one but now I'm long Twitter with the thesis that the deal is likely to close and there is a pretty huge spread currently. All seems to be "Elon risk".

Surely everyone has views on this one? (I mean is there anyone in the world without a viewpoint on Elon? Dude is polarizing like no other.)

Banking on Elon to follow the law hasn't normally worked out.

Why not SAVE with ULCC and JBLU? Stock is $20.50, has a MUCH lower downside than twitter (which would be in the teens probably if it breaks) and is priced below the ULCC offer and JBLU is offering $30/$33?

Whoops, I guess I never replied on this...

I get Elon has skirted the law before. But isn't this a bigger and more enforceable potential infraction?

I disagree that TWTR would get to teens. Hasn't broken below 30 prior to Elon (in recent times). I'd expect it could be high 20s albeit I'm not certain.
