New Chocolatey product releases available

We’ve just released new stable versions of 3 Chocolatey products:

• Chocolatey CLI v2.3.0 - https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/choco/release-notes#v2.3.0
• Chocolatey Licensed Extension v6.2.0 - https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/licensed-extension/release-notes#v6.2.0
• Chocolatey Agent v2.1.3 - https://docs.chocolatey.org/en-us/agent/release-notes#v2.1.3

Notable changes in these releases include:

• Allow viewing package creation validation rules via new choco rule command - see #3381.
• Verify the checksum of a package before installation, and fail if not matched - see #1144.
• Show remembered arguments for packages - see #1310.
• Allow upgrading a pinned package without removing the pin beforehand - see #2050.
• [Security] Prevent usage of new option when running in Self-Service mode.
