First of all, thanks for this great framework, I really appreciate what you guys are doing!

I have imported the newest css of ChocolateChip-UI for ios: <link href="chui/chui-ios-3.8.0.min.css" rel="stylesheet" />.
But the font seems a little weird to me, it looks like it's not the native font (see picture).

Can somebody help me to make the font more native.

Seems to be due to the fact is wants to use the font helvetica neue, and on my Maverick OS X it doesn't select a correct font, like you've seen.

I'm about to upgrade to Yosemite which I believe does have the correct font installed... so hopefully that'll fix it.

Actually, yeah, by default Apple uses Helvetica Neue on iOS. Currently ChUI uses Apple's iOS dynamic font styles for iOS with a fallback to normal Helvetica Neue for desktop. 

Oddly, your screenshot shows a serif font, but the defaults are Helvetica and sans-serif. Could you try clearing your browser cache and reloading? This doesn't make sense to me.
