[Tom Madison]

Neighbors, friends,

The Madison Family is packing up and heading out to Austin, TX for a new adventure.  We've loved our 13+ year experience in Near Northeast -- we've made so many friends here and the area is in a perfect spot between H Street and Union Market, both of which are crazy with all the new development (mostly for the better).  We will definitely miss it, but it will always be a huge part of our lives.

In the interest of reducing our clutter, we have put out a bunch of stuff that we decided not to take with us, miscellaneous furniture and household items, so if you're so inclined, please stop by in front of 822 5th St NE and see if there's anything that appeals to you.

Again, take care, we thoroughly enjoyed living here and we will miss you.
