Mozilla currently courage developers bundle the xulrunner source code into
their tarball. Thus, there is no standalone xulrunner installed.

Perhaps chmsee can bundle xulrunner sources as well.

Sorry, I can't find the document related this recommend, could you give me
a link?

Xulrunner is a huge project, and I don't think it is a good idea to bundle
xulrunner source code with every xulrunner application. Even for deploying,
the size of xulrunner lib is over 30M on linux.
