What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start chmsee with or without a document to view.
2. Try to change width of window.
3. Fail.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Window width is expected to respond to dragging edge with mouse or using
keyboard shortcuts. Instead: no response.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0, on Debian Unstable.

Please provide any additional information below.
Linux thelma.[xxx] 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.41-2 x86_64 GNU/Linux

This bug is fixed in the v2.0.2 release.
