Dear all,

Please Refer to our earlier message related to the self-declaration of Indian employers and employees to this Embassy. It is requested to all the Indian employers and employees in DRC, Gabon and CAR to register themselves with the Embassy by giving their personal details as well as company details. This information is going to be used in case of emergency like Pandemic, volcano disaster, civil unrest, etc.

It is responsibility of every Indian to register with Embassy so that in case of any problem Embassy can assist them. However, this information has not been shared by many employers/employees with Embassy so far.

All Indian companies are therefore requested to share information of their Indian employees in the format given in the email within a week.

If anybody is not registered with Embassy and approaches for any consular service or any assistance for distress, Embassy will not be in position to extend consular assistance to him/her.

This message may kindly be disseminated among the Indian Community in DRC, Gabon and CAR.
