Not yet. DelBoy describes an emulation here (  http://linux-news.org/index.php/2012/06/02/raspberry-pi-emulation/  ) that doesn't look too difficult ...

I haven't myself, but I know a guy who runs a BBS on one..

Arch linux I believe is the OS he uses..

Bought it, it took three months to arrive.  By the time it came, I was bored, so I resold it on eBay.

While you are waiting they had YouTube videos where they instructed you to build a virtual Linux system, install their os build, and how to code some python games.  If you can build and code one virtually, you have to ask do I need a physical version.

I did some benchmarks comparing the original debian image to an old dell I had (now they are on the much faster with raspbian):
