Sexualita Všichni jsme sexuální bytosti. Sexualita jednoduše znamená přitahování protějšků, polaritu protějšků, touhu po úplnosti, doplnění – po celistvosti. Jsou úrovně intimní touhy, která prostupuje všemi živými bytostmi a všemi lidmi: zjevení touhy po Bohu a potřeby druhého. Kdykoli vidíte něco, co nejste a co si přejete být a přijmout do sebe a odevzdat se tomu tak, abyste byli celiství, je to hledání Boha. To není špatné ani ostudné. Naše sexuální touha není morální zkouškou od Boha. To Bůh nás učí, že sami v sobě nejsme celí, že musíme být ve vztahu. Proto nás Bůh všemi možnými prostředky z naší uzavřenosti vytahuje. Bez sexuality bychom žili soukromé sterilní životy a svět by byl chladný.

Sexuality We all are sexual. Sexuality simply means the attraction of oppositeness, the polarity of oppositeness, that longing for totality, completion – for wholeness. There are levels of intimate desire going on within all living things and between all living people: to reveal the desire for God, the need for the other. Whenever you see something that you are not, and you want to be that and take that into yourself and give yourself to it so that you can be whole, that’s the search for God. It’s not bad or shameful. Our sexual drive is no morality test from God. It is God teaching us we’re not whole within ourselves, that we must be in relationship. And God pulls us out of ourselves by every means possible. Without sexuality we would live private, antiseptic lives – and the world would be cold. from The Spiritual Family and the Natural Family
