For something like that I'd go to Frame Crafters in Union. About an hour ride from downtown out the Kennedy to the Northwest Tollway (90) and out to about the US 20 exit for Marengo will put you in their neighborhood. Definitely worth the trip. Call them @ (815) 925-4557.
