All gatherings are voluntary as is showing up to begin with.

Thursday: Garage night at Bill and Barb's in Boscobel. If you don't know where you're going follow someone who does.

Friday afternoon: Snacks and soft drinks at Joe and Deb's Hidden Acres followed by a ride to Hillsboro Brewing for this year's special TWALD beer. Cans will be 5 bucks or a 6 pack is 11 bucks. Team up with a friend and save some money. If you're a fan of this event you're going to want one of these cans.

Saturday: Bob will not be hosting lunch this year. After enduring the world's longest home remodel Brian Jordan has stepped up. Lunch Saturday will be at Brian's place near Boaz.

Saturday night: for those staying at the Hickory Hill I'm bringing my grill again, that worked out pretty OK last year. Potluck bonfire party again.

T-shirts are $25 this year and come with a sticker. Stickers are 2 bucks. All profits go to some charity that I haven't gotten around to picking out yet.

If you're planning on going to lunch at Brian's on Saturday please message me so I can give Brian an approximate head count.

hi, im a TWALD newbie, but have done riding in the driftless region a number of times.
i dont know many names or faces here, but my friend Trevor Cusson (knows some chivinners also) and I are going to make the trek up and would love to latch onto some good times if people plan on getting down like that. I'll be on Joe Ryan's old GS1100.  It is currently my old GS1100 and has seen some shit since it last saw Mr Ryan.  Trevor is riding a Buell Firebolt. We are heading up Friday morning and have booked the Sands Motel. Definitely looking to make it to Hillsboro Brewing. twald tips and tricks would welcomed if there are any.  Thanks, see you there hopefully.

Everyone enjoy the weekend and ride your ride and be safe.   Will be thinking of the fun you’re having on the great roads out there.

Be a good boy Trig.

Hey y'all,
Anyone have a decent mechanic they can recommend? I have a 78 r100/7 and have not had any luck with the places I've brought my bike. I'm in Oak Park but I'm willing to travel.

Thanks in advance,
Van

Try Motoworks in Chicago. Steve is a good man over there in the service department for old BMWs.
