CHITS Level 2 in Pasay

CHITS end users in Pasay City have recently conducted and attended the level 2 (data mining) session of CHITS. The information needed to be extracted from CHITS have been identified as well.

A. Registration
     1. no. of male and female per barangay
     2. age and sex distribution per barangay (under 1, 1-4, 5-9,..... 70 and above)
     3. top ten causes of morbidity per barangay
    
B. Family Folder
    1. no. of families who have consulted in the health center
    2. how many families have philhealth
    3. how many families with philhealth have consulted in the health center


C. EPI
    1. no. of FIC's per barangay including "out of zone"
    2. no. of Antigen given per barangay
    3. no. of antigen not given per barangay
    4. no. of missed appointments per barangay

D. Maternal Care
     1. no. of pregnant mother with risk factors
     2. no. of pregnant mother under 18 years old
     3. no. of mother given tetanus toxoid, ferous sulfate and vitamin A per barangay
     4. no. of pregnant mother consulting monthly
     5. no. of pregnant mother (BP) candidate for eclampsia
     6. no. of mothers given T1 to T5

E. Postpartum
    1. no. of NSD per location per attentdant
    2. no. of breastfeeding mother per barangay
    3. no. of given Ferous Sulfate per barangay
    4. no. of lactating mother given Vit. A


F. NTP
    1. no. of patient per regimen per barangay
    2. no. of (+) and (-) per classification per barangay
    3. no. of ongoing treatment per barangay
    4. no. of completed treatment per barangay
    5. no. of defaulters according to regimen per barangay
    6. weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
    7. no. of patient relapsed per barangay
    8. no. of patient by age and sex distribution

G. Nutrition
     1. class of weight status according to age and sex
     2. monthly weighing
    

H. Notifiable Disease
     1. top 10 notifiable diseases in the whole health center
   
The CHITS developers will create a query interface that can dynamically generate the information mentioned above. Instructions on how to install the query tool shall be emailed in this e-group as well. It is advise that the support from the technical personnel on each site is highly needed.
