विषय कुछ ज्यादा लंबा खिंच रहा है, मेरा यह जवाब शायद काम आये।

आपका ब्लॉग फ्लैग्ड हुआ पर यह बैन्ड नहीं है अपितु ब्लॉगर इसे सार्वजनिक
चिट्ठों की सूची से अलग रखेगा और चेतावनी का संदेश दिखायेगा। इससे फर्क
नहीं पड़ता कि आप अपने डोमेन से प्रकाशित करें या ब्लॉगर की होस्टेड सेवा
पर। हमें समझना व स्वीकारना होगा कि वाकई सामग्री कुछ लोगों को आपत्तिजनक
लग सकती है, केवल इक्का दुक्का नहीं कई लोगों द्वारा फ्लैग करने पर ही
गूगल उस पर विचार करता है, "one person's vulgarity is another's poetry"
यह ब्लॉगर भी मानता है इसलिये फ्लैग किये चिट्ठों को हटाया नहीं जाता।

अन्य क्या तरीके हैं:
1) http://groups.google.com/group/blogger-help पर गुहार लगायें
2) ब्लॉग को अलग पते पर प्रकाशित करें।
3) ब्लॉग को वर्डप्रेस की मुफ्त या सेल्फ होस्टेड सेवा पर स्थानांतरित कर
दें। वर्डप्रेस में इंपोर्ट करना आसान है। वर्डप्रेस के अलावा भी अन्य कई
मुफ्त सेवायें हैं।
4) प्रकाशन करते समय ध्यान दें कि यह पॉर्न न लगे, मेरी निजी राय में
आपने कामक्रीड़ा के जो एनीमेटेड जिफ लगायें है वे उत्तेजक हैं (दुबारा
कहुंगा one person's vulgarity is another's poetry। कृपया मेरी राय पर
बहस कर समय नष्ट न करें)।

आशा है इस जवाब से विषय पर पटाक्षेप होगा। आगे की चर्चा अगर आप

डोमेन आप ने किस से खरीदा?

 

किसी भी डोमेन पर गूगल का अधिकार नहीं है

अत: मुझे यह जानने की जिज्ञासा है.

 

कहीं आपने एक्स्पोर्ट-इंपोर्ट तो नही कर दिया यदि ऐसा है

तो डेशबोर्ड पर जाकर ठीक करना पडेगा

मेरे विचार से डोमेन लेने से ही सबकुछ नही हो जाता. बैकहेंड पर तो ब्लोगस्पोट ही चल रहा है. या तो आप पुरी नई साइट बनाइए.

I would request you to familiarize yourself about publishing with
Blogger.com before making incorrect replies. Blogger.com provides
facility to publish on your server using FTP and the owner of this
blog probably did that. Even if the files are hosted at your server
the publisher is bound by Blogspot TOS since they are the ones who
provide the publishing tool.

What is this import/export you are talking about? I would be curios to
know where does Blogger.com provides such service? And also how do you
propose to "correct it" using "dashboard"?

सच बात  है. ब्‍लॉगस्‍पाट से हट जाइए; अपनी साइट खुद बनाइए, जो मर्जी आए दिखाइए कोई झंडा नहीं लगाएगा कोई चेतावनी नहीं देगा. किराए के मकान में रहेंगे तो मकान मालिक के बनाए नियमों को पालन तो करना ही होगा. जीतू जी की बात एकदम सही है.

I used a different expression.

 

Once a person purchases a domain, and hosts it

on a server which is independent of google family,

blogspot cannot interfere like this.

 

Assuming that he has hosted his domain on a server

provided by someone OTHER  than Blogger.com (google)

he ought to have access to the entire code from within

inside the dashboard of his blog.

बिलकुल दे सकता है। आप जहाँ जिस सेवा प्रदाता से होस्टिंग लेंगे यदि वे व्यस्क वेबसाइट, बोले तो adult content, अपने सर्वर पर छापने की अनुमति नहीं देते तो आप वहाँ भी नहीं कर पाएँगे। इसलिए कहीं सर्वर स्पेस लेने से पहले सेवा प्रदाता से लिखित रूप में(जैसे ईमेल द्वारा) अनुमति ले लें कि क्या ऐसी वेबसाइट उनके सर्वर पर चलाई जा सकती है कि नहीं। इसके लिए आवश्यक होगा कि उनको बता दिया जाए कि यह सेक्स शिक्षा संबन्धी वेबसाइट है न कि पॉर्न वेबसाइट। फिर वह उन पर निर्भर होगा कि वे चलाने देते हैं कि नहीं। :)

Actually it didn't come out like that(I'm speaking for myself only). :)

It sure can if one is using Blogger.com services which is owned by Google. If one is using their services then that person is bound by their Terms of Service and any other conditions irrespective of the fact whether the storage is on Blogger.com or on the person's own server! :)

What code? Are you referring to the files that Blogger.com publishes? If yes then in such a case Blogger.com indeed publishes & stores files on the person's server only. But again, as per them, that does not entitle the person for a waiver of the ToS etc. and the blog can still be flagged.

No sir, you cannot mean anything different than what comes out of your
writings :)

I wonder how one can be "independent of Blogspot" when s/he is using
their publishing tool. Please do familiarise yourself with the
blogger.com tool. Blogger.com doesn't provide a deployable software
like Wordpress, the publishing software is hosted on blogspot servers,
they simply allow publishing on your severs using FTP. Through your
profile page, the top Navbar (if one retains it) you are still part of
their network. Just like you cannot remove the Blogger logo from your
blog you cannot publish content that doesn't meet their approval. Do
you mean I can create a splog or a malware blog on my server and
publish it using Blogger.com and still get away with it?

Which code? Are you referring to the blog content (which is not code)
or are you talking about the Blogger Template? Blogger template code
is useless if their is no Blogspot Engine to process the template and
create the HTML files for blog posts. You surely are not serious, are
you?

यदि यह मकसद था तो कस्टम डोमेन वाले विकल्प के बजाय फ़टीपी (FTP का प्यार
भरा नाम) का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए था। यह आप अभी भी कर सकते हैं लेकिन
इसके आपको होस्टिंग वाला खोज के उसे अलग से पैसे देने होंगे, यह भी पूछ
लें कि वह वयस्कोन्मुख सामग्री का आतिथ्य करते हैं या नहीं।

इस समय क्या हुआ है -
sexkya.com -> बनाम sexkya.blogspot.com - बस इतना ही। यानी sexkya.com
पर पहुँचने वाला व्यक्ति वास्तव में ब्लॉग्स्पॉट पर ही जा रहा है लेकिन
उसे लेबल sexkya.com का ही दिखता है।
फ़टीपी के बाद क्या होगा - छापते समय आपके लेख ब्लॉगर.कॉम के सर्वर से
आपके सर्वर को फ़टीपी द्वारा टीप दिए जाएँगे। इसके बाद आपको यह चेतावनी
नहीं मिलेगी - क्योंकि आपके स्थल पर कब कौन पहुँच रहा है इसकी जानकारी अब
ब्लॉग्स्पॉट व ब्लॉगर.कॉम को है ही नहीं तो चेतावनी कहाँ से आएगी।

वैसे मेरी राय तो यही रहेगी कि प्यासा कुएँ के पास पहुँच ही जाता है, इसे
sexkya.com पर ही चलने दें, चेतावनी की चिन्ता करने की ज़रूरत ही नहीं
है।

मैं पहले भी कह चुका हूं कि ब्लाग लेखक की त्रुटि है। वह ब्लाग स्पाट की
सैटिंग में जाकर सही करे। उसने व्यस्क सामग्री के कालम में हां पर क्लिक
किया होगा इसलिये यह चेतावनी आ रही है। मैं उसकी शिकायत पर अपने ब्लाग पर
ट्राई किया था। किसी ने ध्यान नहीं दिया। अगर वह कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने
ब्लाग स्पाट के ब्लाग की सैटिंग में हां पर क्लिक करेगा तो यह चेतावनी
आयगी और नही पर क्लिक करेगा तो यह चेतावनी नहीं आयेगी। ताज्जुब इस बात का
है कि मैं पहले भी इस बात को यहां लिख चुका हूं कि यह ब्लाग लेखक की गलती
है पर किसी ने ध्यान नहीं दिया।
