NPIS stands for National Petroleum Information System. Government of Uganda has allocated funds to Ministry of Energy to develop a NPIS and has requested for Bids from companies that can develop one using opensource technologies. The NPIS is composed by a number of modules, which are for the purpose of collection of information (forms) and some services which shall be consumed by various stake holders. We are proposing (PHP, Postgres, MongoDB and Python)
One of the key requirements is a team of software developers who have worked on diverse web based projects. We need at least 6 signed CV's for the bid.
If you have or know an IT firm and would want to partner with us (Jezitech) to do this project, Please send the following by courier (we can/shall pay for the courier costs) before 10th December 2013.
- Company Profile
- Certificate of Registration of your company in your country
- Tax Clearance Certificate for your company if you are registered for VAT.
- Many Examples of Web based projects that have been done by your firm, if you have LPO's, attach copies of these, if you have certificate of completion of projects, you can attach these as well.
- Signed CV's of at-least 4 key programmers.
We can work in partnership with anyone.
I know a lot of you have loads on your tables, If you are not available to be part of this, you can also help avail us CV's to give our bid a fighting chance. For those who have time, you could be part of this, we could also utilize your immense experience and wisdom in project management and implementation when awarded the bid. You could also point me to individuals who would be willing and able to work with me on this.
