Tilelink channel B (Master IDs)

When developing titlelink based managers, it is necessary to know all Ids of masters mapped from original master ids via system bus / interconnect.
This is because the manager has to request via channel B so that it must have memory-mapped of Ids. Are these deductions are true or there is something else?
