AXI4 Chisel3 library

Hi,
AXI4 bus is massively used in Xilinx tools, and it's an ARM standard.
Is there an «official» project to develop a chisel3 library for this bus ?
I saw two projects for it. But not so active and for chisel2 :

Rocket-Chip has NASTI which is a Berkeley implementation of AXI4 (https://github.com/ucb-bar/rocket-chip/blob/master/src/main/scala/junctions/nasti.scala). There's also HASTI (AHB-lite) and POCI (APB).

But why is it renamed ? Is there a copyright problem to name it AXI4, or is it different from the standard ?
