Follow-up on a recent Chipyard bug report

Hi Chipyard maintainers,

I am writing to politely follow up on an issue I recently submitted to the Chipyard GitHub repository.

While using the framework, I encountered an unexpected behavior that appears to be a bug. I have documented the details, including how to reproduce it, in the issue tracker here:
