Live Out Meal Plan

Because we now established that the meal plan only covers chef and dinner we have to re-evaluate the Live-out plan.  I suggest the following:

Linear Scale that matches the live in price:

1-5 meals respectively:

190,380,570,760,950

cost per meal is $12.67

To get people to buy these plans over just showing up price for a random meal will increase to $15

Certain % (as designated later) from live out meals will go to a tip jar that will be given to chef for large events such as initiation, agora etc. (unless this is already budgeted)

It's not budgeted; I think this is a goodidea. I know A-Rod would be able to put the tip jar to good use.
