My proposal:

What: practice golf net

Why: to increase brotherhood bonding, increase brotherhood golf skills, and increase overall frattiness 

How much:

Cheapo version: $49. + $11 driving mat = $60 total

or

Calaway version $69. + $11 driving mat = $80 total

For $11 the mat will ensure we don't screw up the landscaping. I would recommend the $80 callaway since for $20 more it will last longer but up to you guys.
