how to generate genome table

Hi,

I'm working on peak calling in Arabidopsis (genome version, TAIR10). Do you have the corresponding genome table, or do you know how to generate one? Thanks

Hi Ruidong,

you can provide a path to a directory containing individual fasta files with chromosomes (-rp flag). QuEST will build the genome table for you.
