genome table for arabidopsis

Hello,

I am very new to chip-seq data. I have run bowite with my illumine reads on remote server. Now I am trying to run QuEST. But I have no idea on how to create a genome table for arabidopsis genome. One post said I can use -rp command along with a path where chromosome files are. So what I did was

-rp ftp://ftp.arabidopsis.org/home/tair/Sequences/whole_chromosomes/

It didn't work. Could anyone give me some advices on how to create a genome table? Any help would be appreciated.
