Hi Anton,

I'm getting this error after QuEST first converts the ChIP reads file into the QuEST format:

Error during the execution of /home/genuser/quest_2.4/align_2_QuEST align_file=./ChIP_bowtie_aligned output_file=/directory/data/ChIP_uncollapsed.QuEST genome_table=/directory/parameters/genome_table align_type=bowtie report_file=/directory/data/ChIP_read_num_uncollapsed.txt error_report_file=/directory/module_outputs/align_2_QuEST_ChIP.report.txt. Error code: 9.

Any ideas? Is this a Linux errno 9? Or a QuEST error code?

Hi Hunter,

this is a unix error number 9. You can probably try running the system command that it output to see where it is failing.

Hi Anton,

It was a disk-space issue. I only had a few hundred GBs left on the disk. I added another 2TB to my server and now it runs fines.
